- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪For a professional service I was very disappointed in the lack of clarity in their billing. They called the Doctor in the room and did not state that there was a charge for him just to enter the room. They stated that they needed blood work and sent my wife out of the room without giving an estimate or even getting permission to perform the test. The Doctor administered medication again without asking permission or giving an estimate. And the Doctor stated that he wasn’t even sure if the B12 shot would help. A car mechanic is so much more professional than this Doctor. They tell you want is wrong, what they recommend, and the cost to repair and then you actually get to make a decision. They hit me with a $182.43 bill when I scheduled only a pedicure for an 18 year old cat. They were also posturing that they were not going to give our cat back until my wife paid the bill. I will not be returning to this business and I recommend the same to anyone that reads this. And if you do not take my advice at least state up front that you will not pay for anything unless it is disclosed to you first.December 08, 2016by Ben McBryan
